Ampra works as an extension of your team. Each engagement pairs an experienced AI Strategist with an Automation Architect in recurring FlexFlow sessions focused on identifying the right opportunities, making decisions, building practical solutions, and helping your team adopt them.
Between sessions, we keep the work moving with dedicated build time to test, document, and improve what we identified together. Then we come back, review progress, and move on to the next highest-value opportunity.

Ampra was built by two operators who spent their careers running professional services businesses, one from marketing and growth, the other from IT and security.
We learned firsthand that great client service is about more than doing good work. It’s about getting results, communicating clearly, making things easy, doing what you say you’ll do, and building relationships strong enough that clients want to keep working with you and recommend you to others.
Those standards shape how we’ve built Ampra, from the way we hire and train our team to how we onboard clients, run engagements, communicate progress, and measure success.
Julien Brandt
FOUNDER AND CEO
Julien brings more than 15 years of experience building, operating, marketing, and growing businesses. In 2010 he founded and grew digital marketing agency OrganikSEO, later merging it into Digitopia, where he served as Chief Culture Officer then as CEO before exiting in 2023.
Today, Julien leads Ampra’s growth, positioning, partnerships, and thought leadership. His experience keeps Ampra focused on the business side of AI adoption: finding opportunities that create measurable value and helping make complicated technology practical and approachable.
Dustin Balint
PARTNER AND COO
Dustin brings more than 20 years of experience across IT, infrastructure, and cyber security, including co-founding and operating an IT managed services business.
At Ampra, Dustin leads operations, service delivery, team development, and the systems behind the client experience. His background shapes how we approach implementation, security, data handling, integrations, and the standards our delivery team works from.
The result is a different kind of AI and automation company: business-minded, technically grounded, easy to work with, and deeply invested in the success of the clients we serve.
